Who we are
Trident Research, LLC is a US company based in Austin, Texas. We developed the applications to configure the i-Drive alternative drive interface, known as i-Drive Config. Trident Research operates web services that verify your i-Drive Config credentials are valid and that you are authorized to adjust the parameters in the connected i-Drive unit. These web services reside at https://dads.tridentresearch.com and are accessed during a configuration session.

When you were set up to use the i-Drive Config applications, a representative from Stealth Products, Inc. collected some information to create your account.

We retain the personal data listed above until a) Stealth Products removes it at your request, or b) you request its removal via the contact listed below.
